4. Money Transfer Services

4.1 Service Description

MetaPayX provides international money transfer services that allow you to send money to recipients in supported countries. We act as an intermediary to facilitate these transfers.

4.2 Transfer Limits

Transfer limits apply based on your account type and verification level:

• Personal accounts: Up to $10,000 per transfer, $50,000 per month
• Business accounts: Up to $100,000 per transfer, $1,000,000 per month
• Enterprise accounts: Custom limits based on agreement

4.3 Exchange Rates and Fees

We provide real-time exchange rates with no markup. While we don't charge transfer fees, third-party banks or payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.4 Transfer Processing

Most transfers are processed within minutes, but processing times may vary depending on the destination country, payment method, and regulatory requirements. We will provide estimated delivery times before you confirm your transfer.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for:

• Illegal activities or transactions prohibited by applicable laws
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activities
• Gambling, adult entertainment, or other restricted businesses
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a transfer within 30 minutes of initiation if it has not been processed. Once a transfer is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.

7.2 Refunds

If a transfer cannot be completed, we will refund the transfer amount to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may suspend or modify our Services for maintenance or other reasons.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaPayX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. You remain liable for all transactions initiated before account closure.
